Register today for Free Pick up and Delivery from our Hawthorn East store (formerly The Butler Dry Cleaners)

As part of our commitment to service and convenience, we are now offering FREE pick up and delivery to your home or business.

How it works:

Pick up and Delivery days to your area will be Tuesdays and Fridays.

For example: Pick up Tuesday, return Friday or vice-versa.

Please note the expected turnaround times on our services below:
Garment Dry Cleaning – 3 Days
Business Shirt Laundry – 3 Days
Wash – Dry – Fold – 3 Days
Bedding & Linen – 7 Days
Household Furnishings, including Doonas and Blankets – 7 Days
Shoe Repairs – 7 Days
Repairs and Alterations – 7 Days
Rug Cleaning – 10 – 14 days

How to Register

1. Register by completing the below form
2. Our team will complete your online registration and add your collection details
3. We will then send you an email with you login details to our online portal – masteralbert.mydrycleaning.com.au
4. Username: (mobile nunber) Password: (SURNAME) in caps – Default password
5. You can then login to update payment details, and collection / delivery notes and photos
6. You will then receive an SMS reminder each Monday afternoon. Simply reply “Y” to confirm a collection on the following day – Tuesday
7. Leave your items out the front of your house, or in the designated area in your personalised VIP bag (supplied with return of first order)
8. Your items will be collected and delivered on the next delivery date
